Concierge services are available with Dr. Scott on a cash pay basis. Your insurance will not be billed. Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), you have the right to request your provider not to disclose to your health insurer  about the care you receive if your bill is paid in full.
